My name is Nate Saufley, and I am a dedicated fitness coach and personal trainer with over eight years of full-time experience in the health and fitness industry.
I specialize in working with bodybuilding athletes, lifestyle clients, and sport-specific athletes who are committed to elevating their performance and overall well-being. I earned my degree in Health and Human Development from Radford University in 2018 and hold multiple industry-recognized certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Prescript Level 1 and Nutrition Certification, and Pain-Free Performance Specialist.
